The Alderfer and Leidy Families have specialized in offering quality meat products for generations. Whether it is the Alderfer naturally wood smoked hams, bolognas and dried beef or Leidy's fresh pork, smoked hams, bacon and sausages, both companies' processing standards are among the highest in the industry so our customers are assured of the finest quality.
